Travel Insurance & Non-Refundable Policy
Effective date: September 4th
Scope: This policy applies to all payments for the Retreat in Palmaïa - The House of AïA on November 5-9/2025, provided by FYSM LLC
1) Personal Responsibility for Travel Insurance
I understand I am solely responsible for obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation or interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, lost/stolen baggage, and travel delays.
I acknowledge that the Organizer is not responsible for any losses, costs, or damages arising from travel disruptions (including but not limited to illness, injury, visa issues, airline schedule changes, strikes, weather events, natural disasters, or other force-majeure circumstances).
Any claims must be filed directly with my insurer; the Organizer cannot file or negotiate claims on my behalf.
2) Non-Refundable Policy After September 4th
All payments (deposits and balances) become strictly non-refundable as of September 4th.
After September 4th, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including personal emergencies, illness (including COVID-19), family matters, visa denials, flight cancellations/delays, or force-majeure events.
Name transfers or resales are not guaranteed and, if permitted, may be subject to an administrative fee and written approval from the Organizer.
Chargebacks/disputes filed contrary to this policy may be contested with this signed agreement and proof of terms disclosure.
3) Acknowledgment of Risk & Release
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and participation in retreat activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Organizer, its owners, staff, and contractors from claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from my travel decisions and uninsured losses.
